Hi, I’m Josh—author of The Wellness Pit 🥑, firefighter by trade, and a former personal trainer and nutrition coach who’s been geeking out on health long before it was cool (or on TikTok). I’ve spent years helping clients optimize their energy, mindset, and routines—and now that I’ve crossed into my 40s, I can confirm: grinding harder without the smarter part isn’t a wellness strategy. This form is your first step toward building a body and brain that can keep up with everything life throws at you—without needing three coffees and a nap by noon.
